Hello Ladygate Bowlers,
We would like to kindly remind all members of the importance of adhering to the club’s dress code, particularly regarding appropriate footwear on the green.
Our bowling green and its surroundings are valuable assets to the club, and maintaining their condition is essential for everyone’s enjoyment. Wearing shoes that are not specifically designed for bowls can unintentionally cause damage to the playing surface and may also contribute to the spread of disease on the green.
We therefore respectfully ask that all members ensure they change into proper bowls shoes before stepping onto the green.
