Welcome !
At Ladygate Bowls Club we are committed to making bowls a sport open to everybody it will not only improve your fitness levels but challenge you to develop a new skill and feel part of your local community. Oh and don’t make the mistake that it is just for old people there are world champions aged under 21 years!
At our club you will have the opportunity to meet new people, receive help from our qualified coach, Bob Syme, not to mention our 2 International Umpires – Ron Eden & Mandy Simpson.
You can even travel around the county to play against others on their greens in friendly competitions if you wish, or just come and play informally with friends at our club.

Types of Membership and Fees

| Full Bowls Club Member | Over 18 | Entitled to use all of the club facilities as a one off payment for the year and no further green fees to pay. | £145 pa + one off £5 share fee |
| Junior Bowling Member | No Age Restriction | Entitled to use all of the clubs facilities except the greens – taking account of the licensing laws. | £15 pa + one off £3 share fee |
| Student Member | Under 18 or over 18 and in full time education. | Entitled to use all of the clubs facilities – Taking account of the licensing laws. | £35 pa + one off £3 share fee |
| Social Member | No Age Restriction | Entitled to use all of the clubs facilities – Taking account of the licensing laws. | £35 pa + one off £3 share fee |
It shall be the duty of all members to use their best endeavours to promote the goodwill and sportsmanship of Ladygate Bowls Club and pay due respect to elected officials. It is also the duty of all members to give such assistance as may lie within their power to the well being and organisation as required.
