It is with great sadness that we share the news that Peter Lavender passed away peacefully yesterday in his care home.
Peter was not only a distinguished Patron of the Harrow and District Bowling Association and a Past President of the County, but also a man whose quiet strength, kindness, and unwavering love for the game touched so many of us.
He was truly a gentle man and a gentleman — on and off the green — and his presence brought warmth and dignity wherever he went. His loss will be felt deeply across the bowling community, where he leaves behind countless memories and friendships.
