Ladygate open morning – Sunday 28th May 1000hrs
Once again, as part of Bowls Englands Big Weekend, Ladygate will be hosting an open morning in the hope of attracting some new membership to our great club.
The event will take place on Sunday 28th May between the hours of 1000 and 1400, finishing before our friendly that afternoon.
In order to maximise publicity for the event over 1000 flyers have been produced. When you visit the club please take some and deliver them in either the streets local to the club or around the area that you live. Please note on the sheet provided what roads you have done so we don’t all deliver to the same houses!!
Also there are some yellow event posters. Please take one for displaying at places like libraries, supermarkets, high grove swimming pool, golf courses etc etc. Duplicates can be made if we run low.
Together we can make this event go as well as last year when we had a large number of people through the gates. Bowls England are still using many of the shots taken at Ladygate last year in their publicity and annual reports.
On the day itself we will welcome volunteers to come along and assist in engaging with any potential members that visit. If you want to help out please wear your club shirt and greys so everyone can see who is who.
