It is now time to renew your Ladygate Bowls Club membership.
Renewal forms will be available to collect from the club from New Year’s Eve. All payments are due by 31 January 2026.
Please complete the form in full and return it to Ann Flatt, Membership Secretary so Ann can ensure your details are up to date. Please kindly remember to indicate how you have made your payment.
Completed forms can be placed in the brown box or left behind the bar.
Where possible, we kindly ask that payments are made by bank transfer.
If you are unable to get to the club to collect a form, please email Ann ann.flatt17@gmail.com and Ann will be happy to send one to you.
